Royal Independent Living Services
Comprehensive Support for Independent Living
At Royal Independent Living, we provide a full range of non-medical supportive services designed to help our residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Every service is built around the individual — because we know that no two residents have the same needs.
Fully furnished rooms in a safe, well-maintained home with daily living support, wellness check-ins, and community activities.
What's Included: Private furnished room, shared common areas, utilities, basic household supplies, 24/7 access to the home.
Eviction prevention placement, housing stabilization, and a stable environment for seniors transitioning from shelters or insecure housing.
What's Included: Daily meal coordination, dietary preference accommodations, grocery support, communal dining opportunities.
Meal support, transportation coordination, case manager collaboration, and community connection — because independence doesn't mean doing it alone.
What's Included: Scheduling and coordination of rides for medical appointments, errands, and social activities; connection to local transit resources.
We assist residents with the everyday tasks that help them maintain independence and quality of life. Our daily living support covers a range of non-medical services tailored to each person's needs and abilities.
What's Included: Light housekeeping, laundry support, personal reminders, assistance with daily routines, support with mail and personal organization.
Isolation is one of the greatest risks facing seniors. At RIL, we intentionally foster connection through shared activities, social events, and community engagement opportunities. Our goal is to create a home where residents feel they belong.
What's Included: Group activities, social gatherings, community outings, holiday celebrations, wellness and enrichment programming.
Our staff conducts regular wellness check-ins with every resident to monitor overall well-being, identify emerging needs, and ensure each person feels safe, supported, and heard. These check-ins are non-medical and focused on emotional, social, and daily living wellness.
What's Included: Regular one-on-one check-ins, mood and wellness monitoring, early identification of changing needs, connection to outside resources if needed.
Many of our residents are connected to social workers, case managers, or community agencies. We actively collaborate with these professionals to ensure continuity of care, clear communication, and coordinated support for every resident.
What's Included: Direct communication with assigned case managers, progress updates, coordinated care planning, referral partnership.
For seniors facing eviction, the clock is ticking. RIL provides emergency and transitional placement for older adults at risk of losing their housing, offering a stable landing place while longer-term solutions are developed.
What's Included: Rapid intake for at-risk seniors, safe and immediate placement, coordination with referring agencies, transition support.
Beyond immediate housing, we help residents build stability for the long term. Our housing stabilization services address the root causes of housing insecurity and connect residents with resources that support lasting independence.
What's Included: Benefits enrollment assistance, connection to financial literacy resources, coordination with community support programs, long-term housing planning.
